How About A Cottage Mr Bond
If you like James Bond you are going to be very pleased in hearing that Jamaica is opening up the GoldenEye Hotel and resort later on this year. Although this sounds as if it is just a name taken from one of the bond movies, any really big fan of Ian Fleming knows that it is much more than this. what will make a really hardcore Bond fan really enjoy staying at one of these cottages?
Fleming Loved Jamaica
Well the thing is, the British Navy Commander actually penned all of his James Bond 007 novels at the villa that he used to own on the island. I am also taking a stab in the dark in saying that this is why a lot of Dr No takes part in Jamaica, it would seem it was a favourite location to Fleming. so now of course you start to see the connection between this island and the Author. if you are a true Bond fan you are going to want to stay at the villa he actually owned where you will be able to see the desk where he penned a lot of his stories.
Where Do Cottages Come Into It?
Well in this resort there are going to be new cottages built for people to stay in and these of course well then share the same pool which means you can get many James Bond fans all in the same location. I am not too sure if this is a good thing or a bad thing but nevertheless it is going to happen. There is also a private Fleming beach available to all of the people staying on the resort.
So although a mile away from Sussex Cottages and West Sussex Cottages it is worth visiting if you have the money to do so because I am sure it is going to be well worth it!
So in the end it is something that you might actually want to do!
